High Rigidity Integral Lathe

High Rigidity and Long Life Headstock
The spindle bearing design of our lathe is crafted in the form of a heavy-duty machine tool to guarantee spindle rigidity. The innovative external circulation oil cooling system ensures high-reliability lubrication, reducing the temperature rise of the spindle bearing. This results in high precision and a significantly extended service life for the spindle bearing.
Flexible Feeding System
Our X-axis ball screw support system is designed with one end fixed and the other supported, allowing free extension without longitudinal bending under rising temperatures. Additionally, the Z-axis screw is pre-tensioned and pre-loaded to maintain the positioning accuracy and system rigidity of the ball screw during operation.
Powerful Tool Holder System
Equipped with a heavy-duty electric tool holder, our lathe can accommodate a 40-square tool holder, perfectly suited for powerful cutting applications in large bore CNC lathes, ensuring high rigidity and efficiency.
Flexible and Rigid Tailstock Drag
