Headstock with both precision and rigidity
Single-spindle design, the front bearing adopts double-row cylindrical roller bearings, and the rear bearing adopts a set of matched angular contact bearings, which not only ensures the cutting rigidity of the spindle, but also ensures the precision of the spindle.
Reasonable design of feeding system
The vertical and horizontal feeding is directly connected with the ball screw through the elastic coupling, with high precision and accurate transmission. The screw rod is fixed at one end and supported at the other end, which not only eliminates the axial gap, but also can extend freely, avoiding the elongation of the screw rod caused by the temperature rise in the working process, resulting in longitudinal bending, and ensuring the positioning of the screw rod during use accuracy and system rigidity of the ball screw flat bed lathe.
High efficiency processing
the main motor adopts a high-torque servo/frequency conversion motor, coupled with high spindle rigidity, which can meet both powerful cutting and high-precision processing.
Flexible and reliable tailstock locking
The tailstock is equipped with quick lock and screw lock at the same time. Quick lock can be used during low cutting force machining and screw lock is added for strong cutting to ensure that the tailstock will not retreat during strong cutting.
