High Rigidity and Long Life Headstock

The spindle bearing is designed in the configuration of a heavy-duty machine tool, ensuring superior spindle rigidity. The cooling system employs an external circulation oil cooling design to guarantee high reliability of spindle bearing lubrication while minimizing temperature rise. This ensures high spindle precision and extends the bearing's service life.

Flexible Feeding System

The X-axis ball screw support adopts a design where one end is fixed and the other is supported, allowing the screw to extend freely without longitudinal bending as the temperature rises. The Z-axis screw is pre-tensioned and pre-loaded, providing robust positioning accuracy and system rigidity during operation.
