Headstock with both precision and rigidity

The pioneering single-spindle design integrates a double-row cylindrical roller bearing at the front and a set of matched angular contact bearings at the rear. This ensures outstanding spindle cutting rigidity while maintaining high precision.

Reasonable design of feeding system

The vertical and horizontal feeding systems are directly connected to the ball screw through an elastic coupling, ensuring high precision and accurate transmission. The fixed-end and supported-end screw rod design eliminates axial gaps, allowing for free extension and avoiding thermal elongation-related issues, thereby guaranteeing the screw rod's positioning accuracy and the ball screw's system rigidity.

High efficiency processing

The main motor features a high-torque frequency conversion motor, complemented by a highly rigid spindle. This combination caters to both powerful cutting and ultra-precise processing needs.

Flexible and reliable tailstock locking
